How do redemption offers work?
The redemption campaign is active within a certain period and only one redemption can be claimed per transaction. Bonus offers cannot be returned, exchanged for other items, nor transferable to cash.
To validate your claim, you must fill out the online Redemption Page with your personal information (Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, & Delivery Address). You also need to upload a copy of your proof of purchase (Milwaukee product, serial number, and original receipt). Once you have submitted your application, you'll receive an email notification and confirmation. It will then be verified by a Milwaukee Staff, and you'll be notified once your redemption has been approved or denied. Delivery for the bonus offers may take between 6-8 weeks.
