At Total Tools we believe strongly in equity and supporting women in trades so we have partnered with Tradeswomen Australia to support their important workshops and programs.

Tradeswomen Australia is a non-profit organisation that provides support and resources for women in the trades industry. Through our partnership we will work with TWA to promote gender diversity in the industry and provide training and opportunities for women who are interested in pursuing a career in trades.

The partnership is a step forward in the effort to address the gender imbalance in trades. Currently only 3% of tradespeople in Australia are women, despite the increasing demand for skilled workers in the industry.

By partnering with TWA, We hope to create a more diverse and inclusive industry that reflects the changing face of the Australian workforce. Together we aim to empower women in the trades and provide them with the support and resources they need to succeed in their chosen career paths.
