Online Order Tracking
Our stores aim to despatch in stock orders within 1-2 business days. Once despatched from our store the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Metro (Excludes Hobart Metro) 1-2 business days
- Hobart Metro 3-4 business days
- Regional Areas 3-4 business days
- Remote Areas 6-9 business days
*Do note should you have any Special Order items in your order then depending on the product it can take from 5 business days to 4 weeks before it can be dispatched or collected from our store.
Deliveries
- The first notification you will receive by SMS and email is an In Transit notification once the courier has collected your order from our store.
- The second notification you will receive by SMS and email is a With Driver notification when it is onboard for delivery that day.
* Do note your tracking link will continue to be updated as your order progresses and provide an estimated time of delivery.
Click & Collect
You will receive a Ready for Collection notification by SMS and email when your order is ready to be collected at our store.
If you have not received the in transit (Deliveries) or Ready for Collection (Click & Collect) notification, then contact our store or Online Support Team at one of the following:

- Ask Online Support via live chat for help

- Submit a customer care enquiry for online support who will coordinate with the store processing your order.
If your order is being delivered and has already left our store and is In Transit, then you will need to click on the Get Help button that is at the bottom of the tracking link page. This will be the quickest method to start an investigation through our logistics partner Shippit.
