HOW TO REDEEM

Maximum 1 claim per person, in one eligible cash transaction made online or in store during the promotional period.   Strictly no combined orders will be accepted. 

A valid redemption submission requires the purchaser to provide personal contact information, including full name, contact phone number, email address, as well as the details of the Total Tools product purchased, store purchased from, and a legible copy of proof of purchase (store product receipt or online tax invoice). If any redemption submission omits any of the information required or fails to provide true and correct information, it will be deemed invalid.

• Make an eligible purchase during the promotion period
• Complete your details online at totaltools.com.au/redeem
  • Upload your receipt as proof of purchase for verification (this must be a full tax receipt, not a bank eftpos receipt)
  • You must submit your form in order for it to be processed and receive a confirmation email to be eligible
  • If the form does not submit, we do not take responsibility for this and cannot process the redemption

REDEMPTION PICK-UP

If your redemption is approved, the redeemable product will be sent directly to your nominated Total Tools store within 6-8 weeks from verification.  You will need to pick this item up.  You will receive an email once your redemption item is ready for collection.

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected redemption submissions.

The Promoter may require further information regarding the circumstances of the product purchase from you as part of the redemption verification process. Failure to provide further information to the Promoter when requested may result in an invalid entry at the Promoter’s discretion.

Redemption items cannot be returned, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify or reject a redemption submission and claimant (including an eligible claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms of Use or tampers with the registration process. Any fraudulent or misrepresented information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim (s) and registration.

The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the redemption offer, including without limitation, the right to substitute Total Tools vouchers equivalent to the value of the redemption item, at any time without notice.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of the Terms of Use or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct that is calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, or any other implied warranties that are incapable of being excluded.

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Total Tools Customer Feedback Competition ("Competition") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Period

3. The period of this Competition begins at 12:00:00am (AEDT) on 1^st Jan 2024 and ends at 11:59:59pm (AEDT) on 31^st December 2024. (“Competition Period”).

 

Eligibility to Enter

4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current and former customers of Total Tools who have received a promotional SMS or Email from the Promoter.

5. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter or Total Tools, or any related body corporate of the Promoter or Total Tools, as well as any agency associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

 

How to Enter

6. To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must complete one of the following mechanics during the Promotional Period:

• SMS Entry: (i) click on the link provided in the SMS they receive from the promoter to be directed to the promotional landing page; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all the questions in the survey as prompted and submit the fully completed survey.

7. For the sake of clarity, the entrant will be the person whose name is registered on the Total Tools account relevant to the mobile phone number submitted on entry (for SMS Entry) or the email address (for Email entry).

Prize Draw

9. Entries open and close for the draw on the dates and times specified in the table below. The prize draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd, St. Kilda Rd Towers, Level 1, 1 Queens Road Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 12noon on the dates specified in the table below.

11. The first valid entry drawn in the prize draw will win a $1,000 Total Tools e-Gift Card.

14. If the prize is unclaimed after three calendar months of the original prize draw, there will be a redraw, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draws on: 15 Oct 2024 and 15 April 2025

15. The winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and SMS within two (2) days of the draw. If the winner is in the ACT they will be contacted by mail. The winner's name will be published on www.totaltools.com.au within 7 days of the prize draw.

 

General

16. This is not a game of skill. The single prize winner from the Prize Draw Period will be selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd at random through an automatic selection process.

17. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into

18. The total value of the prize pool is $2,000.

19. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in any other form (including not being able to be taken as cash).

20. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause 14, if for any reason a winner does not take possession of their prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

21. The draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP, ST Kilda Rd Towers, Level 1, 1 Queens Road, Melbourne, Victoria 3004

22. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend or recommence the Promotion, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.

23. Any entrant (who the Promoter automatically enters into the Competition when they provide Feedback) who no longer wishes to participate in the Competition can email support@feedbackasap.com and request for their entry to be removed from the relevant draw.

24. The Promoter may collect and use personal information submitted by you for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
