How do redemption offers work?
To be eligible for the promotion, a customer must, during a promotion period, make a qualifying purchase from any DeWalt stockist and complete the online redemption form. The customer must retain the original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase and verify each entry. Multiple entries are permitted to a maximum of five (5) claims per customer but must be submitted individually via DeWalt redemptions. Once validated, the delivery may take up to forty-five (45) working days from receipt of entry. Redemption offers or parts of the prize are not transferrable nor exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
