What qualities do I need to possess to become a TT franchisee?

Our Franchisees have very diverse backgrounds including finance, retail, trades and other franchise experience. What they all have in common, is a passion for leading teams in customer service and an ambition to own and operate a large business. TT is looking for customer focused franchisees who are looking to deliver a memorable experience to all our customers.

What is the initial investment?

The initial investment into a TT franchise is between $1,700,000 and $2,000,000. This includes the store fit-out to our high standards as well as all fees and initial stock.

Are there any finance options?

There are several banks who have recognised the TT business model and success as a suitable investment. They will fund 50% of the franchise setup costs. The franchisee needs to be able to secure the other 50% of the funds through equity in property or cash. During our recruitment process, we can introduce you to experienced accountants who can assist you in understanding the financial modelling and finance options.

What support can I expect as a franchisee

TT prides itself on the level of support it offers the franchise partners. The TT head office has teams in Marketing, merchandising, IT, leasing, Construction, Internet sales, commercial sales, operations and finance, which are all working to improve the franchisee profits and turnover. The success of TT has come through an unwavering focus on the franchisee’s business KPI’s. This focus is delivering comp store growth of an average 22% for our franchise partners.

What are the advantages of becoming a TT Franchisee?

All franchise partners in the TT network have access to an extensive support structure which allows them to focus on the running of the business. TT has a successful model which has been refined over the years. This can be seen through the number of multi-site franchise partners who keep growing within the network.
The TT head office and franchise partner network are continuously improving all aspects of the business model.  

Are there any ongoing fees?

Yes. TT charges an administration fee of 2.5% of turnover.
