This bonus offer is run by Total Tools Importing Pty Ltd of 20 Thackary Road, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 (Promoter). A reference in our online terms and conditions to Total Tools Online will be constructed in these terms and conditions and apply as a reference to the Promotor.
The bonus offer is only open to eligible claimants. An ‘eligible claimant’ is a person who:
1. is either an Australian citizen or resident;
2. does not in any way tamper with, hinder or make unauthorised modifications to the bonus offer; and
3. purchases the listed Total Tools product from an authorised Total Tools Retailer or Total Tools Online website in Australia only.
Bonus Offer and Promotion Period
The bonus offer is available in relation to eligible products purchased during the period commencing on Monday 17th of February 2020 and closing on Sunday 29th of March 2020.
This is an instant on-the-spot bonus for purchases made in-store, or via click and collect. To be eligible for the bonus offer, the product purchased cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Customers may claim 1 bonus offer per product purchased included in the offer.
This is an instore promotion only.
The bonus offer only applies to eligible products during the bonus offer period and must be purchased from a Total Tools Retailer or Total Tools Online website within Australia.
This bonus offer does not apply to any non-listed Total Tools products during the campaign or products purchased outside of the bonus period.
How to Claim
For purchases made in-store the bonus offer will be presented on the spot.
The bonus offer cannot be returned and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Any fraudulent or misrepresented information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim (s) and registration.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct that is calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
The Promoter collects personal information of the claimants in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service provider, and prize suppliers and, as required to Australian regulatory authorities. The Promoter may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. This includes but is not limited to, sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The claimant may opt out of receiving these messages at any time. All entry information becomes property of the Promoter.
