3. Skin purchases are excluded from the bonus battery offer

5. The brand of battery awarded is based on the qualifying brushless cordless kit purchased

6. The size (Ah) of the battery awarded will be at the stores discretion (except for Milwaukee where all qualifying purchases will be awarded as a 5.0 Ah)
