LENOX® METALMAX is an innovative alternative to traditional abrasive discs for metal cut-off applications.

METALMAX™ delivers up to 1000 or more cuts with no need for blade changes. That is up to 30X longer life than thin bonded cut-off discs.

METALMAX™ utilises advanced diamond technology which are connected to a hardened steel body. This configuration ensures the blade stays the same size maintaining the cutting depth throughout the blade's life. There is also the added benefit of reduced dust residue created from the cutting process. As normal abrasive wheels wear down, large amounts of dust are created which is a potential respiratory hazard for users.

METALMAX™ is suitable for cutting a variety of metal materials including steel and other ferrous metals, sheet metal, rebar, cast iron, stainless steel as well as aluminium and other ferrous metals.
