If you don't want to pay for delivery or need to ASAP, you can pick it up in store. Just bear in mind not all stores will have everything in stock. You'll be able to see if they do during the checkout process.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
If you opted to collect in store you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.
If you opted for delivery, you will receive an email when the goods have been despatched to the couriers with details so you can track our order.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the unusual event of a delay to the despatch of your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. Once the order has been despatched the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Metro (Excludes Hobart Metro) 1-2 business days
- Hobart Metro 3-4 business days
- Regional Areas 3-4 business days
- Remote Areas 6-9 business days

Returns
Changed your mind? No worries. You just need to get the product back to the store it was shipped from (this is on your receipt) within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging and we'll give you a refund (excluding delivery costs). The heavy-duty Dremel MAX Tungsten Carbide Cutter 3.2mm (9903HP) is coated in Titanium Nitride to last 2 times longer than the standard, non-coated accessory.
The Dremel MAX Tungsten Carbide Cutter 3.2mm (9903HP) is ideal for shaping, smoothing, or removing material from especially hard materials such as hardened and stainless steel, cast iron, hardwoods, nonferrous metals, fired ceramics, and especially hard plastics. The accessory is made of tungsten carbide for increased durability. The cylinder shape and curved tip shape of the Tungsten Carbide Cutter can be for deep removal of material, cuts flat areas, round edges, and makes stop cuts and V-cuts. The accessory tip makes flat-bottom slots and grooves, flat side cuts, and makes V-cuts when held at 45-degrees.
Do not use this cutter for drilling holes or for enlarging holes that are less than twice the diameter of the cutter. The tungsten carbide surface can easily catch the side of a hole and break the bit. Use higher speeds for hard woods, slower speeds for metals, and very slow speeds for plastics (to avoid melting at the point of contact). If chattering occurs, increase speed.
