If you don't want to pay for delivery or need to ASAP, you can pick it up in store. Just bear in mind not all stores will have everything in stock. You'll be able to see if they do during the checkout process.
Free Delivery
Most products are included in free delivery, however some are excluded as follows:

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
If you opted to collect in store you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.
If you opted for delivery, you will receive an email when the goods have been despatched to the couriers with details so you can track our order.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the unusual event of a delay to the despatch of your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. Once the order has been despatched the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Metro (Excludes Hobart Metro) 1-2 business days
- Hobart Metro 3-4 business days
- Regional Areas 3-4 business days
- Remote Areas 6-9 business days

Changed your mind? No worries. You just need to get the product back to the store it was shipped from (this is on your receipt) within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging and we'll give you a refund (excluding delivery costs). The DUR369 is a lightweight, powerful line trimmer providing the equivalent power to 30cc petrol models, powered by Makita’s 18Vx2 technology. It features a max cutting capacity of 430mm (17”) whilst the 3-stage speed control allows the user to match the right speed for the job. The reverse function avoids long grass from tangling around the head and the Automatic Torque Drive allows the DUR369 to take on the toughest of tasks with ease.

- 3 Stage Speed Control – high, medium and low speed can be changed by simply pushing a button on the easy to use LED display.
- Reverse Switch – tangled grass clippings can be removed by slow reverse rotation of the cutting tool (automatically stops after three seconds) by pressing a button and pulling the trigger
- XPT – extreme protection technology, is an advanced series of seals and channels to direct dust and moisture away from key internal components.
- Active Feedback technology – when the metal blade (optional) hits a solid object like a tree stump or fence, the sudden decrease in rpm triggers the brake, stopping kickback occurring
- 18Vx2 Brushless Motor – powered by two 18V Li-ion batteries providing up to 1kW of output which is equivalent to 30cc petrol engines
- Automatic Torque Drive – will automatically increase the torque of the motor when an increased load is detected
- 430mm (17”) Max. cutting width – the similar cutting capacity to 30cc petrol engine grass trimmers
